You actively contribute to the development of our business sector, asset management and our project management. You ensure that projects are carried out in a professional, efficient and sustainable manner. ### Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the management of major key projects (infrastructure and systems), such as the realization of our new EDM system landscape or Smart Grid projects • Coordination and management of innovation projects - from idea to implementation • Development and standardization of our project management methods • Implementation and guarantee of project standards according to the SIA phase model • Creation and development of project governance and project control • Coaching and support of project managers in the company • Close collaboration with asset management, engineering, operations, network economics and other business sectors • Active management of stakeholders and change to ensure acceptance and success of projects Your profile • University degree (specialized) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent • Person of action with several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary and complex projects, in the energy and infrastructure sector or in a comparable environment (required) • In-depth knowledge of the SIA phase model • Certification in classical project management an asset • Very good knowledge of project management methods (classical and ideally agile/hybrid) • Experience in transformation or innovation projects an advantage • Great ability to implement and structured way of working • Excellent communication, assertiveness and assured presence skills • Taste for change and design in a dynamic environment Questions about the application Dominique Vögeli Recruitment Partner 062 834 24 98 About us AEW Energie AG is an independent company of the canton of Argovia.
