CAD/CAM Programmer

CAD/CAM Programmer Your task Programming complex components using CAM software hyperMill. Setting up and supervising complex milling components, implementing and optimizing changes. Post-processing of 3D printed parts. Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640. Loading and prioritizing prototype/single and small series parts using the latest robot technology. Being responsible for the accuracy of the parts as well as the complete process; from material ordering to the inspection of the workpieces. Performing individual weekend shifts. Your profile Successfully completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ. Several years of experience with 5-axis machines. Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage). Good knowledge of the Heidenhain control (is an advantage). Enjoyment of high-tech materials. Careful and very independent way of working. Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
