As an Object Manager at ISS, you lead female and male employees, you personally take care of clients and you ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs and customer satisfaction.
What awaits you
Coordinate all cleaning and technical concierge activities
Manage schedules and monitor hours
Supervise teams and control the quality of services
Manage additional requests (quotes, work follow-ups, reports and invoicing).
Follow-up of tickets in close collaboration with the teams
Be the main point of contact for the client
Propose improvement solutions and services to clients
Manage subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure the deputy role for the site manager
What you bring
CFC as a facility manager or equivalent
Good technical knowledge mandatory
Experience in team management indispensable
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Mastery of French, read, spoken, written
Driver's license mandatory
Strong customer orientation
Autonomous and having a sense of responsibility
Very good stress management
Personable personality, knowing how to communicate
