Area of Responsibility

Independent organization and control of manufacturing orders, taking into account production capacities, processes, and binding delivery dates

Ongoing monitoring of production progress as well as early identification of schedule risks and capacity bottlenecks

Ensuring the required material stocks and coordinating material provision with the planned manufacturing steps

Determination and adjustment of order priorities to ensure coordinated production processing

Analysis of disruptions and plan deviations as well as development of suitable measures to stabilize the manufacturing processes

Preparation and provision of the necessary production documents for structured order processing

Desired Profile

Several years of demonstrable professional experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a comparable industrial function

Completed technical vocational training, preferably with a connection to industrial manufacturing processes

Very good knowledge in handling ERP systems as well as sound general IT user knowledge

Further training at the level of Techniker HF, process specialist, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage

Strong understanding of interconnected production processes and the ability to quickly grasp operational dependencies

Structured, careful, and quality-oriented way of working with high reliability

Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even during short-term changes

Team-oriented personality with appropriate assertiveness and clear, target-group-oriented communication
