Our developments make an important contribution to safe, efficient, and sustainable production, mobility, and communication.   In the Industrial X-ray Modules (IXM) division, we offer safer, more economical, and groundbreaking solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.    This is what you will do: • Planning and execution of repair orders (approx. 60% operational), including the creation of failure analyses and repair offers (approx. 40% administrative) • Participation in the optimization of repair processes, taking into account 5S, Lean, ESD, and occupational safety standards • Leading smaller internal projects • Technical and disciplinary deputy to the specialist group leader   What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training as an automation technician or a comparable technical education; further training at HF or FH level is an advantage • At least 10 years of professional experience, especially in the assembly of electronic and electromechanical components; knowledge of IT, RMA, and SAP is an advantage • Structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment • Team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills, a high willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality • Very good German and good English skills (B1) as well as strong oral and written communication skills, active listening, presentation skills, and a confident appearance Why Comet?
