Sales reinforcement in the organic food shop

A vacancy is available immediately at Reformhaus Wollishofen.

The workload is 50% (with the option for a future increase, and holiday cover).
We are looking for a fit, tidy, structured, motivated personality who has interest and enjoyment in preventive, conscious health and environmental topics, and who wants to be resilient and versatile in their commitment to the team as well as to the customers.

The position primarily includes:

• professional cash desk operation (including cash drawer)
• professional customer service and taking customer orders
• active selling
• checking and unpacking deliveries
• checking expiration dates
• assistance with the ordering system
• cleaning (such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors) - In this shop, order and hygiene regulations are of high importance

Mandatory requirements for this position:

• Interest/knowledge in organic products (vegan+vegetarian)
• Interest (even better knowledge) in dietary supplements
• professional experience in sales
• experience in operating the cash register system (including cash drawer)
• IT/computer skills (use of the Outlook program especially for emails)
• very good Swiss German skills (spoken)
• very good German skills (spoken and written)
• independent working

Additional advantages would be:

• Completion of a retail or nutrition consultant training
• any further language is an advantage
