Polymechanic for CNC Turning

Burckhardt of Switzerland AG is a globally active company specializing in the fabrication of mechanical as well as needle-coated and drilled precision parts. Furthermore, special and custom machines for the plastics, textile, and machine industries are also manufactured.
Our products are manufactured using CNC turning and milling machines and automatic drilling machines, as well as through conventional turning and assembly work. Various application possibilities of our products can be tested in our laboratory.

To reinforce our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Polymechanic

for the areas of CNC turning

Your competence:
Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic or Production Mechanic
Some years of professional experience
Basic knowledge of CNC technology and various control systems (Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Fagor, and NUM).
Experience in conventional turning and mechanical assembly work
Good manual dexterity

Your main tasks:
Setting up and manufacturing individual parts and small series on various CNC machines.
Conventional turning
Participation in continuous process optimization
