Your tasks
Analysis of HR processes as well as consulting on the optimal use of modules (e.g., applicant management, on-/offboarding, employee appraisals)
Support of implementation projects from conception through parameterization to go-live
Training for HR managers and key users in handling the Abacus HR modules
First- and second-level support via telephone and ticket system for questions, error messages, or workflow configurations
Your profile
Sound HR training (e.g., personal assistant, HR clerk, HR specialist with federal diploma) or comparable qualification
Experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
Good communication, high service orientation, and enjoyment of customer contact
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to complex issues
Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
