Site Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for,

Responsibilities

-Direction, organization and technical and administrative management of construction sites

-Calculation of offers

-Compliance with qualitative results, margin objectives and planning

-Management of your team of employees

-Allocation and coordination of tasks among team members

-Management of material and supplies

-Preparation of daily and monthly reports

-Application of safety rules

-Participation in site meetings

Profile

-Training as a site manager or deemed equivalent

-Proven experience in the management of construction sites

-Ability to work in a team, autonomy, rigor and an overview

-You have a keen sense of responsibility, organization and a good collaborative spirit

-Proficiency in standard computer programs

-Driving license indispensable
