Your tasks • You drive the safety and conformity of our machines in the CE and non-European environment as an expert for conformity assessments • You establish, optimize, and train processes to ensure conformity • You create risk assessments according to ISO 12100 together with interdisciplinary teams • You support projects, decision-makers, and suppliers in connection with conformity issues • You convey your knowledge through practical training in the field of machine safety and conformity • You support the efficient and standardized creation and storage of technical documentation • You bring in your ideas, drive continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements Your profile • You have a technical education and further training in the field of machine safety and conformity • You have at least five years of experience in conducting conformity assessment procedures and creating risk assessments for machines • You have in-depth knowledge of the application of international standards and laws (e.g., EU Regulation 2023/1230, ISO 12100) • You have experience in conducting risk analyses for machines • You have pronounced skills in the field of technical documentation • As an authentic, cooperative personality with high intercultural and interdisciplinary competence, you work independently, structured, and have a high team and communication ability • You convince through your communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) Your benefits SCHOTT is as open to your development as our range of additional benefits is comprehensive.
