To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Advisor Workshop / MFK, starting immediately or by arrangement, who comes from mechanics and wants to contribute their strengths in administration, coordination, and customer advice. Whether fresh out of apprenticeship or with several years of professional experience: what matters is your motivation and your willingness to take on responsibility. Your tasks Repair intake of motorcycles including initial technical assessment Recording, preparing, and coordinating workshop orders Organization and complete processing of the MFK preparation of the motorcycles for the inspection scheduling and coordination correspondence with the Road Traffic Office clarifications with customers internal administrative processing and documentation One fixed working day per week exclusively for MFK Central interface between customers, workshop, and workshop manager Administrative support for the workshop manager (overview, planning, follow-up) Punctual customer contact for queries, explanations, or vehicle handovers Assistance with technical clarifications or smaller tasks if required What you bring with you Completed training as a motorcycle mechanic or automotive/agricultural machinery mechanic Apprenticeship graduates are just as welcome as experienced specialists Technical understanding and interest in organizational processes Structured, reliable, and independent way of working Enjoyment of administration, coordination, and customer contact Basic PC/IT knowledge (workshop software, parts catalogs, MS Office an advantage) Teamwork skills and service-oriented appearance Driver's licenses categories A and B Your development with us We deploy our employees where their strengths lie.
