Mechanical All-rounder with Potential to become Head of Maintenance 100% - Wastewater Treatment Plant

Your Tasks

• Process control and maintenance: You operate the plant using the process control system and carry out maintenance, repair, and cleaning work on plants and facilities.
• Head of Maintenance: You possess the potential to take over the management of maintenance after comprehensive induction.
• Grounds work: You ensure well-kept outdoor areas and undertake snow removal in winter.
• Troubleshooting: You handle malfunctions professionally and carry out the necessary measurements.
• Plant operation: You take on ARA-specific tasks, including in the area of special structures.
• On-call service: Together with the team, you ensure the reliable operation of the plants outside of regular working hours.
• Public relations: You conduct plant tours and information events for schools as well as other interested organizations.

Your Profile

• Basic training: You have completed a mechanical vocational training.
• Professional qualification: Further training as a federal certified sewage treatment plant specialist (eidg. diplomierter Klärwerkfachmann bzw. zur eidg. diplomierten Klärwerkfachfrau) is an advantage.
• Process engineering: Ideally, you bring further training in process engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: You have experience in a wastewater treatment plant or a comparable large plant with process engineering processes or have previously worked as an operations mechanic or Head of Maintenance.
• Personality: You are assertive, flexible, and solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
• Working style: Independence, sense of responsibility, and a high orientation towards service characterize you.
