We are looking for one of our clients in the H field Technician Methods Cutting Tools H/F We are looking for one of our clients in the Horology field, a Methods Technician H/F, Expert in the management of cutting tools in relation to metal chip removal Technician Methods Cutting Tools H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Define, select and make available the necessary cutting tooling solutions for the industrialization of new products as well as the integration of new machining means. Develop and maintain a privileged technical relationship with suppliers in order to identify the best solutions and ensure the performance of cutting tools. Ensure the capitalization and perpetuation of know-how by updating technical data, references, plans and tooling standards. Identify opportunities for improvement and pilot optimization actions aimed at increasing productivity, quality and reliability of machining processes. Be the technical referent in matters of cutting tools for internal teams (methods, production, industrialization...) as well as external partners. Accompany production workshops by providing technical support and contributing to the resolution of problems related to cutting tools. Ensure active technological monitoring of market innovations by participating in professional trade shows, carrying out tests and feasibility studies in order to integrate the best technical solutions EXPECTED PROFILE Holder of a CFC in polymechanics, or a diploma of Technicien ES. You justify a solid experience in machining and master the technologies related to cutting tools, with particular expertise in the machining of stainless steels and precious metals. You are comfortable with CAO/FAO software, ideally CREO. You master cutting speeds and have a basis on lubricants. You appreciate collaborative work and like to be close to the field to support teams. Recognized for your rigor and method, you have a good analytical mind and know how to propose concrete and effective solutions. Endowed with an excellent relational skill, you communicate with ease with various interlocutors and favor transversal exchanges. Curious and adaptable, you evolve with ease in varied technical environments, in relation to industrialization teams, production workshops and suppliers.
