To accompany the modernization of our tools and structure our HR department, we are looking for:

AN HR ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT & PAYROLL AT 40% TO 60%

Your mission

• Autonomous management of payroll, social insurance, and personnel administration (more than 100 employees)
• Recruitment support and participation in the digital transition of the department
• Service continuity in case of absence of the HR manager

Profile description ##

Your profile

• HR training (or equivalent) with confirmed experience in payroll
• Knowledge of the construction CCT and mastery of Portuguese: real assets
• Rigor, discretion, autonomy, flexibility, team spirit, and IT proficiency
