What awaits you:

• Planning, coordination, and support of ERP and business software projects
• Recording, analysis, and clarification of customer requirements
• Implementation and moderation of internal and external project meetings
• Advising customers regarding processes, requirements, and implementation possibilities
• Configuration and parameterization of ERP and business software solutions
• Creation of technical requirements for evaluations, interfaces, data migrations, and integrations
• Coordination with software development and other technical specialist departments
• Implementation of functional, integration, and practical tests
• Support of implementations and go-lives
• Training and support of users
• Support of customers throughout the entire project process

As an experienced specialist, you will additionally take on:

• Independent responsibility for customers and projects
• Management of more complex ERP implementations and further developments
• Coordination of various internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and successful project implementation
• Advising customers at a specialist and organizational level
• Support and specialist guidance of less experienced colleagues

What you should bring with you:

• Completed studies (FH/HF/Uni) or a completed apprenticeship EFZ in (business) informatics or business administration
• Understanding of complex software and business applications
• Interest in business processes and their digital representation
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or comparable business software solutions is an advantage
• Project management experience depending on seniority level
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness
• Team spirit, initiative, and assertiveness
• Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
