Clerk Calculation / Invoicing (m/f/d) - preferably mornings - permanent

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality with a flair for numbers and a structured working style, effective immediately.

Your tasks

• Creating and processing offers and tenders – from calculation to dispatch
• Invoicing: checking, sending, and archiving invoices
• Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Telephone customer contact and deputy for the telephone switchboard

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or equivalent training
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with numbers
• Exact, structured, and expeditious way of working
• Team spirit, initiative, and an open, friendly manner
