We are looking for a Specialist in Hotel and Household Management EFZ with Deputy Group Management as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement for the household management department. Your tasks • You implement processes in the laundry and catering services. • You actively assist with cleaning at various locations. • You accompany people with support needs in their professional development and support them in strengthening and further developing their skills. • You work closely with specialists, employees and learners. • You support the group management in organizational and administrative tasks. • You enjoy building up and restructuring. Your profile • You have a degree as a Specialist in Hotel and Household Management EFZ or a comparable qualification in the gastronomy or hotel industry. • You enjoy working with people with support needs and are interested in educational work - completed training is an advantage. • You are empathetic, team-oriented, and committed to working with people, and reliably implement quality standards. • You see opportunities instead of obstacles and approach your work in a reflective manner. • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. • You are digitally proficient and modern (MS-Office).
