Department Head HF Nursing Sargans

per 1. March 2027 or by arrangement

• You lead and accompany the lecturers, promote their pedagogical competence, and create an inspiring working atmosphere
• You work closely with the other department heads, the secretariat, and the school management
• You design and evaluate the teaching and are close to the students as well as the learning processes
• You develop the department professionally, use the Learning Management System (LMS) specifically to increase quality, and work closely with practical institutions

This unique mixture makes the function a varied and creative leadership task.* Professional specialization in the field of nursing (Bachelor / NDS / HFP)

• Pedagogical qualification (certified vocational school teacher / HF lecturer or adequate qualifications)
• Joy in innovation, in new forms of learning, and in the further development of digital learning environments
• Leadership strength, communication competence, and joy in taking responsibility together in the continuing education leadership team
• Experience in project work as well as in cooperation with educational partners and practical facilities
