Become part of it too and apply as a CRM Product Owner.     What you do • You accompany and are responsible for parts of the product vision of our CRM and bring them into operational implementation based on the defined Epic Flow • You are responsible for features and user stories, from planning to implementation to user application • You define requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT and prioritize the Product Backlog based on the strategic orientation of the company • You define the development goals in the Product Increments, coordinate requirements from different areas and ensure sustainable solutions • You empower the platform team to implement the defined scope     What you bring   • Completed training or studies in business informatics or comparable further education; 3-5 years of experience in the software development environment, ideally CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)  • Sound knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM and SAFe  • Strong communication skills; to communicate visions clearly and to lead prioritization dialogues with stakeholders  • Experience in backlog management, the planning and further development of MVP solutions and the ensuring of high-quality requirements  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills in German and English, you bring a pronounced customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and you succeed in winning different stakeholder groups for a common goal      Your contact   Talent Acquisition Consultant: Marco Stettler (+41 44 628 31 62)     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40% \#LI-Hybrid  We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
