Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Sound nursing specialist knowledge and interest in different clinical pictures
• Ability to assess complex nursing situations and initiate suitable measures
• Good medical-technical knowledge and security in the application of nursing measures
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic working environment
• Strong social and communication competence
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks ##

• Professional and individual nursing and care of patients in the acute area
• Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Monitoring of the health status and early recognition of clinical changes
• Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic, and medical-technical measures within your own area of competence
• Care of patients in complex and demanding nursing situations
• Advice and support for patients as well as their relatives
• Close interprofessional cooperation and electronic nursing documentation
