It operates 3 railway lines and several bus lines in the Jura - Nord Vaudois region and has more than 300 employees. We act daily for responsible mobility. In order to complete our teams in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for a person to fill a position as: Bus network inspector ## Your missions As a bus network inspector, you contribute to the smooth running of daily network operations by ensuring coordination between drivers, controllers, the Operations Center and Planning. As a true field link, you ensure compliance with operating procedures, provide operational support to teams and participate in the management of disrupted situations in order to guarantee the continuity and quality of customer service. You collaborate closely with driver managers, planners as well as the Operations Center. Depending on needs, you also carry out service shifts at the regulation Route of the Operations Center. Your profile • You are able to work independently but also in a team ; • You have listening skills and good communication ; • You master the French language both orally and in writing ; • You are a trustworthy, organized and reliable person ; • You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and initiative ; • You know how to show proactivity and reactivity in disrupted or complex situations, you know how to remain calm in difficult situations; • You are comfortable with standard IT tools.
