Become part of an interdisciplinary team and care for patients with complex internistic clinical pictures in a demanding and varied environment. In highly specialized medicine, you will accompany patients from various internistic, oncological, and cardiovascular specialist areas.*

• Professional, personnel, and administrative leadership of the Bed Department Q West together with other team leaders
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance and patient-centered care in the shared governance team
• Interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Participation in the further expansion of bed capacities

What you bring with you ##

• Certified nursing specialist HF/FH with professional experience in the acute care sector
• Leadership experience with high professional, personal, and social competence
• Organizational ability, resilience, joy of innovation, as well as economic, conceptual, and networked thinking
• Commitment to team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation, positive attitude, and openness to new challenges
