We wish to recruit a Banking Lawyer fr-eng and all for a maternity leave replacement within a private bank.

Mission :
-------------

• legal support during the launch of new products or service offerings, analysis and updating of contracts and contractual documentation
• legal support regarding Cross Borders
• support in the processing of successions, disputes and client claims
• occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile
----------

• Federal Patent of an Attorney in Swiss Law, French native language, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a lawyer ideally in the banking field in Switzerland
• good knowledge of banking and financial products
• ability to draft legal documents, analytical mind and ease of communication
• organized, sense of service, solution-oriented and proactive
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly for 7 months minimum
