Specialist Contract Management and Accounts Receivable (100 %), D/F Your main tasks Contract management and business advisory Accompanying the onboarding process of new specialist retailers, including creditworthiness assessment and onboarding recommendation to sales Creation and administration of membership contracts as well as processing of mutations and cancellations Analysis of annual financial statements and business KPIs as well as supporting our members with strategic questions Accounts receivable management and debt collection Overall responsibility for accounts receivable accounting and invoicing Monitoring and regular assessment of credit limits as well as approval of orders Responsibility for the dunning process, installment agreements and the reporting of open receivables Implementation of legal collection measures and monitoring of certificates of loss Depending on experience and suitability, there is the possibility to take over the personnel management of the employees in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting Your profile Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in contract management, credit or accounts receivable management as well as in the finance sector Strong understanding of numbers and confidence in the analysis of annual financial statements and business KPIs Proficient German and French skills in spoken and written form Experienced handling of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Infoniqa is an advantage Precise, structured and independent way of working – even in demanding situations Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with our specialist retailers For the possible leadership task, initial leadership experience or interest in further development in this area is an advantage What we offer you A versatile position with high personal responsibility and scope for design Depending on qualification, the possibility to take on personnel leadership responsibility Direct contact with entrepreneurs from the Home-Electronic industry Varied tasks at the interface of contract management, finance, sales and advisory Attractive employment conditions and a collegial team Do you have a flair for numbers, think entrepreneurially and value personal contact with our specialist retailers?
