Operations Excellence Manager AGG Nordwestschweiz What you can expect You increase profitability through targeted cost reduction initiatives You optimize resource utilization in the AGG business (CEW) You analyze existing processing plants holistically and identify bottlenecks You successfully implement technical optimizations to increase efficiency You develop and implement modern crushing and sorting technologies You convert construction waste into high-quality, reusable aggregates for AGG, RMX, and CEM You standardize production processes and reduce downtime as well as energy consumption You ensure the highest safety and environmental standards You work closely with site managers, authorities, and F&E teams You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals in Switzerland What you bring You have a completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable technical field You have several years of experience in the construction materials, recycling, or aggregates industry You have in-depth knowledge of production processes, ideally in the field of aggregates and construction and demolition materials (CDM), as well as good market knowledge You have experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary teams You work analytically, think strategically, act independently, and convince with your solution-oriented, communicative manner For you, safety, quality, and sustainability are consistently at the center You speak English very well; German, French, or Italian are an advantage You are willing to travel regularly within Switzerland and neighboring regions (approx. 40%) At Holcim (Schweiz) AG, we live a culture of diversity and inclusion.
