• Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the kitchen studio team • Responsibility for achieving the sales targets in the responsible kitchen studio • Responsibility for the appealing product presentation in the kitchen studio • Competent advice and inspiring the customer base in our modern Pfister kitchen studios • Inspiring the customer base with our attractive and diverse assortment • Planning and sale of dream kitchens to our customers with the help of the planning tool Carat • Responsible for the creation and processing from the offer to the purchase contract • Continuous further development of the sales staff in the kitchen studio • Regular exchange with the managing director and the other managers of the branch • Ongoing exchange with the teams in kitchen logistics and after-sales to ensure smooth order processing • Joy in intensive advisory interaction with customers • Experience in kitchen sales or in the assembly of kitchens • very good spatial awareness and creativity • Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, room planning) is an advantage • Experience in leading a team of 2-3 people • manual/craft training • quick comprehension and solution-oriented action • confident and winning appearance
