Your tasks

? Conceptual responsibility for technical FM and implementation of continuous lifecycle management for the entire portfolio
? Conducting feasibility studies, creation of functional/technical specifications for technical systems
? Central interface and strategic sparring partner for internal stakeholders in the FM area
? Continuous optimization of FM processes, tools and interfaces as well as technical support for the operative FM team in daily business
? Control and monitoring of suppliers, specialist planners and service providers in compliance with all project goals, standards and specifications
? Further development and implementation of a national quality management in technical FM
? Conception and implementation of training

Your profile

? Completed studies or sound further training in the field of Facility Management, building, environmental or energy technology
? Demonstrable professional experience in facility management as well as high technical understanding
? Independent, solution-oriented and precise way of working with high flexibility
? Strong communication skills and strength in dealing with different interfaces, partners and suppliers
? Business fluent German skills; good French and/or English skills are an advantage
