CNC Production Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a CNC Production Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will supervise, support and develop a team of CNC collaborators. • You will oversee the programming, setting and adjustment of production equipment. • You will participate in the industrialization of new products as well as in the validation of manufacturing processes. • You will pilot the activity of your sector in order to achieve the objectives of quality, deadlines and performance. • You will actively contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization and structuring of work methods. • You will work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods and Supply Chain teams to ensure the smooth running of operations. Your profile: • You have a technical background in micromechanics, polymechanics, precision mechanics or equivalent field. • You have confirmed experience in a CNC environment, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnical sector. • You master machining processes and have solid knowledge of Crevoisier and Recomatic equipment. • You have participated in the industrialization of new products and the optimization of manufacturing processes. • You have successful experience in team management and animation. • You are recognized for your leadership, autonomy and ability to unite around common objectives. • You are field-oriented, performance-oriented and focused on continuous improvement, with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.
