YOUR MISSION • Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Group. You will lead the PMO team, define project management standards, and ensure that key transformation programs are delivered with impact. • Lead and develop the PMO project manager team, ensuring the success of strategic programs. • Manage and prioritize the strategic portfolio, aligning resources, timelines, and business objectives. • Act as a key interface between business operations, Group functions, IT, and external partners. • Establish project governance, standards, reporting structures, and quality frameworks. • Coach project managers and teams, promoting a strong project culture and continuous improvement. • Monitor portfolio performance, risks, key performance indicators, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of the strategy. YOUR PROFILE • You are a strategic and operational PMO leader with strong expertise in project management and the ability to influence within a complex organization. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, IT, finance, or a related field, combined with a project management certification or equivalent experience. • More than 7 years of experience in the industry, including more than 4 years managing complex, high-value-added projects. • Solid expertise in project, program, and portfolio management methodologies. • Excellent analytical, process-oriented, and solution-oriented skills, with experience in enterprise transformation. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international matrix environments. • Proficiency in English required; German, Italian, Turkish, or Chinese is an advantage, with a willingness to travel internationally.
