We accompany our private and institutional clients in all phases of the project, from sketch to key handover. As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous and rigorous architecte HES and a dessinateur/trice in architecture to strengthen our team. Workplace: St-Maurice (1890) and/or Chesières (1885) Entry into function: immediately or by agreement Your missions - Complete follow-up of architecture projects, from the pre-project to the final reception - Coordination of the different stakeholders (mandatories, companies, clients, authorities) - Elaboration of plans, construction details and tender files - Administrative, technical and financial monitoring of construction sites - Regular site visits Sought profile - Architecte HES diploma or equivalent recognized in Switzerland - Experience in project follow-up in Switzerland: a real asset - Good knowledge of SIA standards, administrative procedures and local laws - Mastery of a drawing software (ArchiCAD a plus) - Sense of responsibility, team spirit, autonomy and versatility - Good level of French (oral and written) We offer - A position of responsibility within a human-sized and dynamic office - A wide variety of projects, from individual villas to large-scale collective projects - A pleasant working environment in the heart of the Vaud Alps - A collaborative atmosphere and a team spirit that is valued - Salary conditions in line with experience and responsibilities entrusted
