In Asset Management at PostFinance, you ensure that customer funds are managed responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements. As a specialist, you take on a central role at the interface between Portfolio Management, Investment Committee, Customer Journey Management, and the Second Line of Defense. Through sound analyses, independent monitoring, and your participation in projects, you contribute to the further development of our fund-based Asset Management.

What you can achieve

• You monitor the investment risks of the PostFinance funds and ensure compliance with the fund prospectus and regulatory requirements
• You continuously analyze and monitor relevant risk and performance key figures, maintain the Risk Framework, and create meaningful reports for various stakeholder groups
• You perform stress and scenario analyses, document the results, and derive sound insights from them
• You support the procurement and regular review of data licenses and market data
• You recognize limit violations, analyze their causes, and develop suitable recommendations for action
• You support the Customer Journey Managers in the optimization and further development of the customer offering, from idea generation through requirements definition to specialist testing
• You actively participate in projects and shape the further development of Asset Management at PostFinance

What you bring with you

• Completed studies (FH/University) or comparable further education with a focus on Finance, Economics, or a similar field of study
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Asset Management, Investment Risk Management, or a comparable environment
• Sound understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, portfolio management, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of common risk and performance metrics such as Value at Risk (VaR), Tracking Error, or stress tests
• Experience in handling risk, analysis, and reporting systems such as Bloomberg as well as strong Excel skills
• Project experience in the Asset Management environment and enjoyment in actively developing structures, processes, and solutions
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working in combination with a high sense of quality and responsibility
