As part of the reinforcement of our organization and the structuring of our Supply Chain processes, we are looking for a Logistics + Planning Manager (M/F/D) at 100% In a context of transformation, you ensure operational stability while sustainably structuring our planning and logistics processes. Your main tasks and responsibilities: • Lead and structure the logistics department in a context of transformation • Supervise and develop a team of 3 planners • Stabilize and optimize S&OP and MPS processes as well as capacity planning • Guarantee the reliability of customer deadlines, material availability, and ERP data consistency • Analyze and manage logistics KPIs and intervene operationally when necessary Your training and skills: • Commercial or technical training completed by a specialization in Supply Chain • Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar function in an industrial environment • Excellent mastery of SAP and planning tools • Experience in team management and in a continuous improvement context • Strong analytical capacity and sense of priorities You: • Structuring and unifying leader in a changing environment • Capable of combining strategic vision and operational involvement • Rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented • Comfortable managing priorities and pressure • Communicative, with a strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration Workplace: \- 2504 Bienne (BE) Why choose us: You occupy a key function in a strategic phase for the company.
