Start: per sofort or by arrangement Duration: Until 31.10.2027 Percentage: 50-60% In this client project, you will work exclusively for Betty Bossi and will be on-site at the client in Zürich-Altstetten during regular office hours on weekdays. Your tasks include: Organic Social (focus Instagram) • Plan/create/publish content (Posts & Stories), incl. storytelling & community engagement • Implement recurring formats (e.g., weekly plans, seasonal highlights, recipe posts) • Assist with sweepstakes, seasonally: influencer package shipping • Support with reporting & learnings Paid Social (operational, after briefing) • Campaign setup and optimization on various platforms (focus Meta, optional Pinterest & TikTok) • Create/edit and input creatives & copy, set up simple A/B tests, ongoing performance monitoring to comply with target and budget specifications • Support with reporting & technical checks What you bring with you: • Completed Bachelor's degree • Strong social media affinity, sense for trends, good eye for design & visual language, flair for writing • Confident use of MS Office and initial experience or great willingness to learn Canva, AI prompting, Meta Ads • Basic understanding of target groups/funnel & KPIs • You work in a structured, reliable, independent, team-oriented, and responsibility- and budget-conscious manner • Very good German skills, stylistically confident and eloquent. French skills are an advantage.
