Plant Operator Coating (m/f/d) ###

immediately or by arrangement

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup and operation of coating systems
• Responsibility for the timely execution of coating orders
• Carrying out preparatory work for the coating process including material provision
• Ensuring a constantly high surface quality
• Monitoring and optimizing the system parameters
• Carrying out quality controls during the production process
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality specifications
• Rectifying minor malfunctions on the system
• Cooperation with adjacent production areas to ensure a smooth process

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a painter or comparable basic technical training
• Experience in industrial coating, preferably with water-based lacquers
• Experience as a plant operator in the field of coating or surface treatment
• Ideally knowledge of Venjakob coating systems
• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working
• High quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills as well as good manners
• Readiness for shift work
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good physical condition and resilience
