Your tasks ##

• Personnel management & personnel planning of 15-35 employees
• Responsibility for the training and further education of the team
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in the store
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation
• Participation in the success of the store through management of key figures

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Enthusiasm for retail and experience in employee management
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and decisiveness
• High motivation, flexibility, commitment and resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
