Sales coordinator (M/F) Job description: Order and billing management Confirm orders and manage billing for retrofit projects. Confirm and bill technical interventions requested by our clients. Confirm and bill the production of serial machines. Administer maintenance contracts. Confirm orders and submit invoices on various client portals if necessary. Debt Collection Follow-up Take proactive and regular actions to recover sums owed by clients. Management of Requests via e\-Ticketing Resolve various internal and external requests addressed via the e\-ticketing service. Preparation and Participation in Audits Prepare and participate in audits on sales coordination processes, including compliance, internal, ISO, and financial audits. Document Management Save and update documents on various platforms such as CRM, SPT, and Project Archiving.
