Nursing Assistant in the disability sector (M/F) Company description In order to strengthen our teams within various Genevan establishments, we are looking for Nursing Assistant in the disability sector (M/F) Job description You will join our specialized team in the disability sector for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed missions can be in split shifts, continuous, or a minimum of 4 hours to 14h per day. You perform nursing care and support for an adult population with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disability, autism, psychiatric and/or brain-injured disorders). Activity rate varying between 50% and 100%. Profile sought You have at least one year of successful experience as a nursing assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. Patient care and their well-being are at the heart of your concerns. Of a calm nature, you have the ability to face difficult and/or crisis situations. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Available during the day and/or at night, in split shifts, on weekends and public holidays, you are a very flexible and organized person. You possess a means of transport and a driver's license.
