Renergia Zentralschweiz AG is a successful waste management company and a driver of future-oriented solutions at the interface between the public law waste management mandate and the production of electricity or heat. Renergia and erzo KVA are jointly planning a new waste-to-energy plant at the erzo KVA site in Oftringen. A pioneering large-scale project with an investment volume of around CHF 250 Mio. and technical, political, and social relevance.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the successful operational management of the overall project in the phases "Front-End-Engineering Design" (FEED), realization through to commissioning
• You consider and anticipate economic, regulatory, and political aspects early on and ensure compliance with important milestones
• You design a high-performance project organization and direct the project team with internal and external resources in a goal-oriented manner across all project phases
• You prepare decision-making bases appropriate to the respective levels and represent applications confidently in the responsible committees
• You are responsible for authority management and ensure a cooperative and efficient processing of the permit procedures
• You support those responsible in public relations and contribute to positive acceptance in the political environment of the waste associations and shareholders

Your competencies

• You bring success in managing complex large-scale projects in the environment of matrix organizations
• You communicate convincingly and move confidently between specialists, authorities, and politics
• You encounter new things with openness and know how to win people over for common goals with your clear approach
• You have a technical education at FH/ETH level in the field of process engineering, environment, chemistry, or a comparable discipline. Preferably you have operational experience in the field of waste management or environmental technology
• You have further training in business administration, ideally supplemented by project management and negotiation skills
