As a 100% subsidiary of Werbetechnik GmbH, Freudenstadt (D), we are part of the largest advertising technology group in the German-speaking region. Our team of 15 employees specializes in designing and applying designs and lettering on various substrates, whether on vehicles, buildings, or for other security and advertising purposes. Our screen printing, especially roll-to-roll screen printing, equips a variety of industrial companies with labels and machine markings. We are looking for: Operations Manager Your tasks Responsible for pre-production, production, assembly Ensuring processes from sales to invoice Project management Planning and monitoring production processes Technical support and guidance of our apprentices Support of sales Purchasing General administrative work What you bring Completed training as a designer/advertising technician or similar Further education in the administrative field Several years of practical experience in advertising technology Proficient in handling graphic programs and MS Independent, reliable and structured way of working Strong personality to lead 15 employees We are looking for an independent personality with organizational talent, who is used to taking responsibility and maintaining an overview.
