Requirement profile:

• Technical or commercial basic training, preferably with further training as a specialist in purchasing (Einkaufsfachfrau, Einkaufsfachmann)
• Several years of experience in purchasing in the industrial sector
• High communication skills, negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• High social competence as well as proactive and analytical way of working
• High cost awareness, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of the IT environment, pronounced flair for numbers
• Cooperation-promoting working methodology

Tasks:

• Planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and operating resources of all kinds
• Ensuring material supply incl. monitoring deadlines in cooperation with production planning
• Supplier care and management
• Processing of supplier-related complaints
• Support of strategic purchasing in obtaining offers and price negotiations
• Optimization of processes and workflows in the interest of the company
• Creation and maintenance of article master data in the ERP system
• Support of employees with orders
• If interested, further tasks in the Supply Chain process
