OFISA Informatique SA is a human-sized IT services company, based in Renens, and active in the installation, monitoring and integration of specialized software in the field of financial management, payroll, public authorities and real estate agencies, relying mainly on the products ABACUS, innosolvcity and innosolvenergy.

We are looking for an

Application Support Consultant « Abacus » at 80% -100%

Your mission #

• Routine assistance of clients in the use of the Abacus ERP
• Monitoring of support cases
• Implementation of new software modules
• Training for our clients
• Advising customers
• Presentations of software novelties to our clients
• Migrations (version changes)

Your profile #

• Recognized experience in the world of ERP, and notably support, affinity with the IT world
• At least 3 years of experience acquired in the business areas Payroll/HR and Finance
• Know-how in terms of consulting, rapid perception and good understanding of specific client processes
• An asset: knowledge of public finances, cantonal and federal legislations
• An asset: knowledge of ABACUS
• An asset: knowledge of German
