Stiftung Wisli, based in Bülach, has been committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments for 40 years. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of living, work, and work integration. The offering consists of various supervised and supported forms of living, psychiatric Spitex, adapted work and employment places, as well as the competence center for work integration, We-Care. For our committed team in the 24-hour residential home in Bülach, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 1 December 2026 as Social Pedagogical Specialist / Psychiatric Nurse HF 80 % (all) What you can look forward to • You accompany and support our residents in everyday life according to recovery principles and promote their individual resources. • You take on key worker duties, conduct progress meetings, and actively participate in shaping development planning. • You plan and accompany individual and group activities and support meaningful leisure activities. • You accompany people in challenging life situations, acting in a de-escalating and solution-oriented manner in crises and conflict situations. • You document relevant developments and work closely with relatives, specialist agencies, and the support network. What you bring with you • Training as a Psychiatric Nurse HF or Social Pedagogue HF/FH. • Ideally experience in the socio-psychiatric environment. • Empathy, resilience, and a resource-oriented attitude. • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working. • Good communication and IT user skills. • Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts.
