As part of our Medical team in Basel, you will take on a key role in expanding the branch and actively support the building of our candidate and customer network.

Tasks

• Full commitment to the expansion of the Medical branch in Basel
• Customer and candidate acquisition - via telephone, online & on-site
• Visits to our customers in the healthcare sector - you are our face to the outside world!
• Matching of candidates and open positions - accurately and empathically
• Goal-oriented working under time and numerical pressure - but always with team spirit

Profile

• Training in the healthcare sector
• Experience in recruitment consulting is mandatory
• Strong communication skills, perseverance and enjoyment of daily interaction with people
• Motivation to contribute long-term -
