As part of the strengthening of our service, we are looking for a Specialist Physician in hand surgery.
Job Description
Ensure diagnostic and therapeutic management of pathologies of the hand and upper limb, including traumas, degenerative pathologies, and nerve damage
Perform complex orthopedic and reconstructive hand surgery interventions, including microsurgery, nerve and tendon transfers
Collaborate closely with the departments of orthopedics, radiology, rheumatology, and physiotherapy to guarantee an optimal interdisciplinary approach
Participate in teaching activities, continuing education, and supervision of assistant and intern doctors
Contribute to the scientific development of the service through clinical research work and the publication of specialized articles
Qualifications
Federal medical diploma or equivalent title recognized by Mebeko
FMH specialization in hand surgery or equivalent training in orthopedic/traumatological surgery with proven expertise in hand surgery
Confirmed clinical experience in microsurgical and reconstructive techniques
Demonstrated ability to work in a network and in interdisciplinary collaboration
Ability to integrate technological and surgical innovations to improve patient care
