We offer them individual accompaniment oriented towards the personal needs of individuals. The goal is to create a place for development and positive change through professional relationship management, creative approaches to solutions, and security in crisis situations. What you bring with you: ### • A completed education in Social Pedagogy HF • Good communication skills (oral and written) • Joy in independent work and relationship work • Driver's license category B • Humor and composure • Place of residence max. 1h away from Winterthur Your tasks: ### • You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them on their way to more independence. • Together with the residents, you design a meaningful daily structure as well as leisure and group activities. • You conduct key person conversations and work closely with external specialist agencies. • You complete administrative tasks such as reports, case documentation, and protocols. • You take over the telephone on-call service outside of presence times. This is divided within the team and occurs approximately every 5-7 weeks depending on team size.
