We are looking for a colleague to join our team in the residential group for people with dementia as a Specialist in Health EFZ with a Focus on Dementia Workload 60% - 100% Your tasks As a health professional, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support for our residents. For this position, we consider a confident personality who takes on responsibility to be very important. In a small and manageable team, you participate as a contact person in the care process. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You take on daily responsibility and shape the daily routine together with the team and residents. Good and competent cooperation with specialist offices, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you. Your profile This position is aimed at a health professional with a certificate of competence who has experience in geriatric psychiatry and/or in the field of dementia. As a «creative mind», you also seek solutions in a demanding and unconventional setting that focus on the quality of life of our residents, have in-depth knowledge of the care and support of people with cognitive impairment, are familiar with the BESA system, and ideally also with our nursing documentation system easyDOK.
