Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in Application Development What awaits you with us You develop challenging business applications together with your team according to agile procedures and gain insight into an exciting, technical environment. You immediately put your theoretical knowledge into practice. This prepares you optimally for your graduation. In the first year of apprenticeship, you complete an external basic training year (Bbc). This enables you to have a rapid start on productive projects. From the second year of apprenticeship, you will work at our headquarters in the center of Zürich. You attend vocational school one to two days per week. On the remaining days, you work together with experienced software developers and learn everything you need for everyday work in software development. You can complete the apprenticeship with BMS, but you do not have to. What you bring with you You attend Sek A in the Canton of Zürich or an equivalent level in another canton, bring good school performance, and enjoy working with numbers. You want to know what is happening beneath the surface of a program. You may have acquired basic programming knowledge on your own and have thus already programmed smaller applications. You work carefully and reliably. You are a team player, want to learn as much as possible, and want to achieve something.
