YOUR TASKS

• You assume overall responsibility for procurement and logistics at Klinik Aarau -- from procurement via warehousing to distribution and disposal incl. OR logistics, consignment, and loan material
• You ensure that all materials are available at all times, procured economically, and provided efficiently
• You optimize the entire logistics chain and material flows, especially in connection with the upcoming commissioning of Haus C as well as further changes on the clinic grounds, and develop processes in a targeted and continuous manner
• You actively drive the standardization and digitalization of our processes
• You are responsible for the budget, material costs, and inventory and manage costs together with the clinic management
• Active participation in the further development of the clinic grounds, particularly in your area with the new building Schachenallee as well as other construction projects, and ensuring smooth commissioning
• You lead your team professionally and personally and actively develop it further

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as Eidg. Dipl. Einkäufer/-in / Einkaufsleiter/-in or comparable qualification in the field of logistics
• You have further training in the field of Leadership
• Several years of experience in a leadership function in the field of logistics or procurement / Supply Chain Management (ideally in healthcare)
• Extensive experience in process optimization, project management, and transformation
• Strong business understanding and experience in cost management
• Very good SAP knowledge
• Strong negotiation skills
• Level-appropriate communication
• Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation (stakeholder management)
• Affinity for digitalization, robotics, and systems
• You think in networks, structured, and solution-oriented
• You convince with leadership strength, assertiveness, and communication skills
