For our client, we are looking for an experienced fitter who is already confident in performing overhauls and installations and is deliberately aiming for the next step towards head fitter. Your Task ##

• Installation and overhaul work on industrial/energy plants (planned assignments)
• Preparation of tools, material, and construction site setup for overhauls
• Technical execution according to plan, including quality and safety requirements
• After induction: Leading an installation team, coordination and work allocation
• Direct customer contact on-site including feedback and service reports
• Participation in improvements in processes, material logistics, and assignment planning

Your Profile ##

• Training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery/truck mechanic
• Installation experience in plant, power plant, or industrial construction is an advantage
• Technical understanding, clean way of working, safety awareness
• Team player and customer-oriented, even with tight time windows
• Leadership potential (initial experience is an advantage)
• German very good; willingness to travel for assignments in Switzerland/Germany
