• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with at least one year of professional experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong awareness of quality and service
• High level of independence, resilience, flexibility and commitment
• Ability to react thoughtfully and with the necessary calmness in complex and changing situations
